Data Aces is looking for a dynamic Director of Sales and Business Development to find business opportunities, close sales and manage customer relationships.
In this role, you will be directly responsible for the growth of our revenue and customer base. Our ideal target markets are pharma, insurance and healthcare focused on data management.
. Create detailed business plans designed to attain predetermined goals and quotas
. Manage the entire sales cycle from finding a client to securing a deal
. Unearth new sales opportunities through networking and turn them into long-term partnerships
. Present our company’s offerings to prospective clients
. Remain in regular contact with your clients to understand and meet their needs
. Respond to complaints and help resolve issues to the customer’s satisfaction and to maintain the company’s reputation
. Negotiate contracts and pricing and keep records of sales
. Proven experience as an Account Executive, or similar sales role with at least 10 years of experience.
. Experience in enterprise IT sales going after the CIO/IT budgets.
. A track record of personal contacts and deep relationships developed in your career that you can leverage in this role
. Knowledge of prospecting, sales and negotiation
. Excellent communication/presentation skills and ability to build relationships
. An optimistic, sunny temperament and ability to think on your feet
. College Degree
